Text Box: Marie H. Kramer has over fifteen years of experience performing legal research and writing. Before opening Kramer Legal Briefs / Law Office of Marie H. Kramer in 2005, Marie worked as a civil litigator for nine years, where she represented manufacturers, insurers, employers, property owners and individuals in federal and state courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Her civil litigation practice included products liability, premises liability, employment, commercial litigation, class actions, and torts. Marie has prepared an extensive number of legal memoranda, client advisory letters, position papers, and briefs in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state and federal trial courts. She has prepared appellate briefs in all of the Pennsylvania state courts of appeals, as well as the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She is additionally licensed in California, where she has prepared briefs in California state and federal courts, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Marie also worked for two years as a judicial law clerk, where she worked with three trial judges in civil, family and criminal matters.
