About Us

Text Box: Marie Handrich Kramer has over fifteen years of experience performing legal research and writing. Before opening Kramer Legal Briefs over five years ago, Ms. Kramer worked as a civil litigator for nine years, where she represented manufacturers, insurers, employers, property owners and individuals in federal and state courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Her civil litigation practice included products liability, premises liability, employment, commercial litigation, class actions, and torts. She has prepared and argued motions in state and federal trial courts, as well as the Pennsylvania appellate courts. Ms. Kramer also worked for two years as a judicial law clerk, where she worked with three trial judges in civil, family and criminal matters. Published Works: Products Liability Desk Reference: A Fifty State Compendium, Pennsylvania Chapter, Former Contributing Editor, published annually by Aspen Law & Business Professional Associations and Memberships: Pennsylvania Bar Association Montgomery County Bar Association Montgomery American Inn of Court State Bar of California Virginia State Bar (Associate) Ms. Kramer was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
